For all artwork submitted to this site.
You guarantee that any images and descriptions that you send in of your artwork is as accurate to the actual work as you can get.

You confirm that the artwork you are about to put on our site does not infringe any copyright laws and are yours to sell or show.

You understand that any artwork shown will have the artist's name and area he lives in shown beside the work as well as any image details given.

 We will not use your images for any other reason than to display them on our website as you ask, however we  cannot guarantee that other people will not copy and use the image once displayed on the internet.

We reserve the right not to show any work that we find may cause offence to other visitors on our site.
Artwork sent to be shown in the gallery section may be on the site for more than one month, but you can ask at any time for it to be deleted for any reason.

You may ask at anytime for your artwork to be taken off the site for any reason, and any information about you deleted.

Only certain information will be kept for accountancy purposes should any payments have been made for any reason.

Time 4 Art  will not be liable for any damages, including indirect or consequential damages, or any damages arising from use or loss of use, data or profits, whether in contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising from or in connection with the use of their site.

Buying artwork

On wishing to buy artwork shown on this site, you agree that we can forward your name and contact information  to the artist who's work you wish to purchase, and all further legal transactions are between you the buyer and the artist.

You understand that all monetary transactions are your own responsibility, and conducted between you and the seller.

Once you have purchased your artwork, we will delete any personal information you have given us from out records and will not pass them on to anyone else. 

We respect your privacy at all times.

Selling artwork under all options
You agree  that should you sell the artwork that you have for sale on our site, either via our contacts to you or by other means, you will inform us immediately, so it can be removed, and so avoiding disappointment to potential purchasers.

You agree that should there be any problem / disputes with the sale of your art to a customer, that the customer is entitled to know your contact details submitted to this site.

If there is any ongoing disputes of bad trading, then the seller in question will not be allowed to trade on this site in the future.
